The designer initiated a pro-bono project with Urban planners to re-design the downtown of Beach Haven with the objective to alleviate environmental and circulation issues, extend the visiting seasons and stimulate the waning population and economy of the New Jersey beach town that was regularly hit by Nor’easters and hurricanes.
PROJECT SCOPE: Three phase economic stimulation and downtown revitalization covering ten city blocks and the bay front.
