The designer conceived of a vinotherapy spa to be built in Isle sur la Sorgue in the Luberon area of Provence, doing the business plan, raising the initial capital to for the start-up, design drawings and formed a partnership to create a LLC. The spa was not built as the result of a trademark suit by L’Oreal in which the designer lost.
PROJECT SCOPE: 26 acres, 13 buildings, 200 capacity hotel/restaurant spa project.
