Arcadia Vines is a short-stay, holistic well-being spa situated in the vineyards of Virginia or Long Island, within driving distance of Washington or New York City. Treatments target cardiovascular and skin conditions as well as general well-being. It is replicable and scaleable, suited to micro versions.
PROJECT SCOPE: 10 acres, “Chais” center with- spa, cure spaces, exercise rooms, restaurants, “Green” and traditional bars and indoor/outdoor pools, 48 suites and a 150-capacity restaurant.
