Generations of the same family had bickered over the smallest change in this turn-of-the-century cedar-shake Dutch Colonial. The new owners asked OUTinDesign to undertake remodeling and reconfiguring the house. The objective was to accommodate the changing needs of their family.
PROJECT SCOPE: 2,400 sf, 4br 4ba remodel. Historical Review Board submission and approval. Construction Phasing/Planning, design, restoration, space transformation, walls removed. All systems replaced/updated. Re-build/major gut-renovation.

Caroline’s architectural and design creativity is evident in every detail throughout the home. Her attention to detail was flawless and her ideas were creative and innovative.
